The following page will give you an overview about the order process and the options you have when ordering from TM Tuning. However, if you have any questions that are not answered on this page please feel free to contact us anytime, either by email or by phone. Also please remember that TMT only offers Real European parts with Euro-specifications.

If you are a Foreign or Domestic Military service member that is currently active in your branch of service you are eligible for a Military discount. In order to receive your discount your online order must be placed with your military email address for verification purposes.





In addition to your personal information (such as address and daytime phone number) we will need the following info from you when you place your order:

manufacture date (month and year) of your car.
(The manufacture date can be found on older models in the driver side door jam sticker, on newer models it can also be found in your owners info or warranty papers.)

specific car information including engine type

paint code (if desired) - 4 digits incl. letters and numbers, can be usually found in the door jam sticker or in the trunk. If you cannot find it please contact us with your VIN number.

We cannot process your order without all the info requested. If for some reason you have problems providing this information please let us know.

When you have finished shopping go back to the homepage and click on the checkout button on the top right side of the homepage.

Your order content will show up and you have the option to make final changes on your selection. Please note that the total you will be quoted does not include the shipping charges. You will receive your final order confirmation including shipping and handling via email after we have received your order.

On the order confirmation page you can choose your desired payment method.

Your credit card will be billed as TMTUNING.COM. Your credit card will be billed immediately after you have clicked the "pay now" button. Please only click the button ONCE to prevent your card from being charged more than once.

All transactions are in United States Dollars, unless specifically stated otherwise.

All customer data will be treated confidential and will not be sold to others.
We recommend the cardholder to print out all transaction data and our terms and conditions in order to avoid misconseptions and discussions at a later time.
Fulfillment to the contract is, when the goods leave our facility.

We can paint your item for you so it is ready to be installed when you receive it. If you like items painted please make a note of it in the "paint request" box of the online checkout. The painting charge will be reflected on your order confirmation after a TMT rep has calculated the painting charge for you. Please note that not all body parts can be pre-painted (i.e. due to shipping or fitment)

Here is a brief description of how TM Tuning gets the package to you.

TM Tuning ensures that you will never pay for unnecessary shipping cost. If there is a more economical shipping method available compared to what you have selected we will suggest the alternative to you before you confirm your order.

We do not overcharge for shipping. The shipping you will be charged is accurate (this is one of the reasons why your shipping price is not automatically calculated when you complete your online order! Shipping prices are calculated manually based on weight, size and destination and with the current currency conversion rate.).

All of us here at TM Tuning really pride ourselves in the packing and quality of shipping that we do. We take every possible measure to make sure your item makes it to you safely and in a timely manner. Some people might think that we even "over pack" the parts with bubble wrap but to us it's better to be safe then sorry. TM Tuning has invested allot of money for the shipping aspect of the business, we use only the best quality bubble sheet, high impact air pillows and environment safe foam/popcorn and packing materials.

Oversized items such as bumpers will ship via freight forwarder (European customers) or Air Freight Cargo (International customers/Islands). Quotes must be requested, a general estimate is not possible.
